Last week-end we organised our first Ely Makers Social with Quiz Walk and Cake.
Ely Makers started turning up at about 10:30am for a chat and a mingle before setting off on a short quiz walk consisting of 12 multiple choice questions about science, technology, and nature. A final 13th question was a tie-breaker question – “How long is this piece of string?”.
After the quiz walk Makers could enjoy cake, chats and playing with a selection of Raspberry Pi based robots.
There were also a couple of Raspberry Pis set up with screens for Makers to engage in a bit of Minecraft and coding.
